1. Acceptance

Tonori (the “App”) is a camera and photo-editing app provided by moooo_works (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable app-store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices that you own or control. You may not unlawfully copy, rent, sell, or distribute the App, or reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent its protections except to the extent permitted by law.

If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement supplements these Terms where applicable.

3. Your photos and content

You retain your rights in photos and text that you capture, import, edit, or export. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may use output for personal or commercial purposes to the extent that you have the necessary rights.

You are responsible for having the right to use imported content and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Back up important photos. Deleting a Tonori copy, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App may permanently remove content that you have not exported elsewhere.

4. Features and device permissions

Camera use, photo import and export, skin smoothing, composition guidance, and the level indicator may require system permissions or compatible hardware. You may refuse or revoke permissions, but related features may become unavailable. See the Privacy Policy for details about features and data handling.

5. Current payment and account status

The current version does not require a Tonori account and does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or cloud storage. If we later add paid, account, or cloud features, we will update the relevant terms, pricing, and store information before launch. Refunds, downloads, and updates supplied by an app store are handled under that store’s rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to violate law or the rights of others, distribute malware, interfere with the App or platform, or impersonate another person. You may not remove rights notices without authorization, resell the App itself, or state that Tonori endorses your content or services.

7. Intellectual property

The App’s code, interface, branding, original styles, graphics, and other components belong to moooo_works or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your photos and lawfully used content are not transferred to us.

8. Changes and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve quality, security, platform compatibility, or legal compliance. We may terminate the license granted under these Terms if you materially breach them. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that photographic, skin-smoothing, or composition results will meet particular expectations. Image effects are aesthetic tools and should not be used for medical, safety, identity-verification, or other precision-critical purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moooo_works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of photos or other data, arising from use of or inability to use the App. Where the law does not allow a particular exclusion, that limitation applies only to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes will be handled as required by applicable law.

12. Changes and contact
