Common Questions

Some of my older rolls show as “Archived” — are they deleted? No. Your photos are safely stored and never deleted. The free plan shows your latest 6 rolls; older rolls are archived but fully preserved. Upgrade to Tenra Pro to revisit your entire library anytime.

My photos disappeared after uninstalling the app. Photos are stored locally on your device inside the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes them. Please export the photos you want to keep before uninstalling.

How do I restore my Tenra Pro purchase? Open the Tenra Pro page in the App and tap Restore Purchases, using the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not inside the App:

Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
