What is new in 1.7.0?

Kentmere PAN 400 and Agfa Vista 400 are both free, bringing the catalogue to 11 films, with 5 free. Kentmere has gentle greys and shadow detail; Vista was tuned against the developer’s own film photos for vivid reds, cool blue-greys and fine grain. The other free films are Kodak Gold 200, Ilford HP5 Plus and Fujifilm C200.

How do I use the date back?

Turn on the date toggle in the camera. It remembers your preference across rolls and prints the local capture date in orange LCD-style digits after development, using the fixed format yyyy-MM-dd, without hours or minutes. Landscape photos place it at bottom-right; portrait photos rotate it 90° clockwise at bottom-left, with matching margins and space for sprocket holes. Imports are not stamped. Multiple exposures keep the first exposure’s date and on/off state. Changing the switch does not alter photos already taken.

How do I cross-process Ektachrome E100?

Load E100 and choose Cross-process when sending the roll to develop. You do not need to decide when loading the film. E100 requires Tenra Pro for either standard development or cross-processing. Your choice applies to the whole roll and cannot change after development starts, including retries. Samples and import previews show the standard look; the cross-processed result appears after development.

Can I use the volume buttons as a shutter?

Volume-button capture is available from Tenra 1.6.1 on Android and on iPhones running iOS 17.2 or later. Release either volume button to take one shot; holding it does not shoot a burst. Multiple exposures use the same no-advance lever. The buttons return to their normal behavior outside the camera, while the guide covers it, or when the camera cannot take a shot. Older iOS versions keep the on-screen shutter.

Some of my older rolls show as “Archived” — are they deleted? No. Exceeding the free viewing limit does not delete photos. The free plan shows your latest 6 developed rolls; older rolls remain stored on your device. Upgrade to Tenra Pro to revisit your entire library anytime.

My photos disappeared after uninstalling the app. Photos are stored locally on your device inside the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes them. Please export the photos you want to keep before uninstalling.

How do I restore my Tenra Pro purchase? Open the Tenra Pro page in the App and tap Restore Purchases, using the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not inside the App:

日期背蓋怎麼使用？

在拍攝頁打開「日期」，App 會記住開關設定，換捲也沿用。沖洗後，以橘色液晶字印出按下快門當天的本地日期，固定格式為 yyyy-MM-dd，不記時分秒。橫拍在右下角，直拍順時針轉 90° 放在左下角，保持一致邊距並避開齒孔。相簿匯入不補印日期；重曝沿用第一次曝光的日期與開關狀態。事後切換開關不會改變已拍照片。

如何使用 Ektachrome E100 正片負沖？

裝入 E100，拍完後在送洗確認時選擇「正片負沖」，不必在裝片時決定。E100 的標準沖洗與負沖都需要 Tenra Pro。選擇套用整捲，開始沖洗後不能變更，失敗重試也沿用原選擇。樣片與匯入預覽顯示標準發色，負沖成品會在沖洗完成後揭曉。

可以用音量鍵拍照嗎？

音量鍵快門自 Tenra 1.6.1 起提供，支援 Android 與 iOS 17.2 以上的 iPhone。在相機裡，音量加、減放開各拍一張，長按不連拍；撥起不過片撥桿也能用來重曝。離開相機、說明視窗遮蓋或相機暫時無法拍攝時，按鍵會恢復原本功能。較舊 iOS 仍可使用畫面快門。

比較舊的底片捲顯示「已典藏」——是被刪除了嗎？ 沒有。超過免費顯示範圍不會刪除照片。免費版底片庫顯示最近 6 捲已沖洗照片，更早的捲仍保存在裝置上。升級 Tenra Pro 即可隨時回顧完整底片庫。

解除安裝後照片不見了。 照片儲存於裝置本機的 App 內。解除安裝 App 會永久刪除照片，請在解除安裝前先匯出想保留的照片。

如何恢復 Tenra Pro 購買？ 在 App 內開啟 Tenra Pro 頁面，點選「恢復購買」，並使用當初購買時的同一個 App Store / Google Play 帳戶。

如何取消訂閱？ 訂閱由商店管理，不在 App 內操作：

取消將於當期計費週期結束時生效。

Ektachrome E100 をクロスプロセスで現像するには？

E100 を装填し、撮影後に現像の確認画面で「クロスプロセス」を選びます。装填時に決める必要はありません。標準現像もクロスプロセスも Tenra Pro が必要です。選択は一本全体に適用され、現像開始後は変更できません。失敗後の再試行も同じ方法です。サンプルと読み込み時のプレビューは標準の色で、クロスプロセスの仕上がりは現像後に表示されます。

音量ボタンで撮影できますか？

Tenra 1.6.1 以降で対応しています。Android と iOS 17.2 以降の iPhone で、音量ボタンを離すと一枚撮影します。長押しで連写はしません。MX レバーを入れれば多重露光にも使えます。カメラを離れたとき、ガイドが開いているとき、カメラが撮影できないときは通常のボタン操作に戻ります。それ以前の iOS では画面のシャッターをご利用ください。

Ektachrome E100을 크로스 프로세스로 현상하려면 어떻게 하나요?

E100을 장전하고 촬영한 뒤, 현상 확인 화면에서 크로스 프로세스를 선택하세요. 장전할 때 결정할 필요는 없습니다. 표준 현상과 크로스 프로세스 모두 Tenra Pro가 필요합니다. 선택은 롤 전체에 적용되며 현상 시작 후에는 바꿀 수 없습니다. 현상 실패 후 재시도할 때도 같은 방식을 유지합니다. 샘플과 가져오기 미리보기는 표준 색감이며 크로스 프로세스 결과는 현상이 끝난 뒤 표시됩니다.

볼륨 버튼으로 촬영할 수 있나요?

Tenra 1.6.1부터 제공되는 기능으로, Android와 iOS 17.2 이상의 iPhone에서 지원합니다. 카메라에서는 볼륨 버튼을 놓으면 한 장을 찍고 길게 눌러도 연사하지 않습니다. 필름 이송 방지 레버를 올리면 다중 노출에도 사용할 수 있습니다. 카메라를 나가거나 안내 화면이 열려 있거나 촬영할 수 없는 상태에서는 버튼이 원래 기능으로 돌아갑니다. 이전 iOS에서는 화면 셔터를 이용해 주세요.
