1. Overview
Tonori (the “App”) is a camera and photo-editing app developed by moooo_works. This policy explains how data is processed on your device when you use the App.
The App currently does not require an account, use advertising or analytics SDKs, or send photos to servers operated by moooo_works. Its primary image processing is performed on your device.
2. Photos and editing data
Photos you take or intentionally import are processed on your device for styles, skin smoothing, cropping, rotation, date stamps, and frames. Finished images, originals (when original retention is enabled), and editing parameters that you save are stored in the App’s private storage on your device.
Tonori does not upload photos or editing content to moooo_works or third-party servers. When you import from the system photo library, the App creates a private copy of the selected photo and does not modify the original in your library.
3. Portrait and composition analysis
Natural skin smoothing and composition guidance use Apple Vision or on-device Android models to analyze a low-resolution preview or selected photo locally. When skin smoothing is applied to a photo, the face region and coordinates of features such as the eyes, eyebrows, nose, and lips are stored with that photo’s local editing record so the same rendering can be reproduced. These coordinates are not used to identify a person and do not leave your device.
Composition candidates and live-preview analysis results are used only to display guidance and are not uploaded to Tonori servers.
4. Motion information
The level indicator reads device tilt and orientation in real time to display camera guidance. Tonori does not upload this sensor data or retain a continuous motion history as a user record.
5. Permissions
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Camera | Viewfinder, photo capture, and live style preview |
| Photos | Import photos you select and save finished images you choose to the system photo library |
| Motion and orientation | Display the level indicator and composition guidance |
You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Features that depend on a revoked permission may stop working, while other features remain available.
6. Sharing and third-party services
When you intentionally select “Share Photo,” Tonori passes that finished image to the operating system’s share sheet. The app or service you choose then handles the data under its own policy. Tonori never shares photos automatically.
The App uses Flutter, Apple or Android camera and photo services, and on-device image-processing components. Tonori currently does not use advertising, cross-app tracking, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, cloud AI, or its own backend service.
7. Retention and deletion
Photos and editing records remain on your device until you delete the Tonori copy, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App. Copies separately saved to the system photo library or sent to another app must be deleted in that service. Tonori has no user accounts or remote user database, so there is no account data for us to delete remotely.
8. Data we do not collect
We do not collect or sell your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, payment information, photo contents, or biometric identity data. We do not track you across apps or websites.
9. Children’s privacy
Tonori does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the App.
10. Changes and contact
If features or data practices change, we will update this policy and the date shown above. For privacy or data-handling questions, contact moooo.works@gmail.com.
