How do I cross-process Ektachrome E100?

Load E100 and choose Cross-process when sending the roll to develop. You do not need to decide when loading the film. E100 requires Tenra Pro for either standard development or cross-processing. Your choice applies to the whole roll and cannot change after development starts, including retries. Samples and import previews show the standard look; the cross-processed result appears after development.

Can I use the volume buttons as a shutter?

Volume-button capture is coming in Tenra 1.6.1 on Android and on iPhones running iOS 17.2 or later. In that version, release either volume button to take one shot; holding it does not shoot a burst. Multiple exposures use the same no-advance lever. The buttons return to their normal behavior outside the camera, while the guide covers it, or when the camera cannot take a shot. Older iOS versions keep the on-screen shutter.

Some of my older rolls show as “Archived” — are they deleted? No. Your photos are safely stored and never deleted. The free plan shows your latest 6 rolls; older rolls are archived but fully preserved. Upgrade to Tenra Pro to revisit your entire library anytime.

My photos disappeared after uninstalling the app. Photos are stored locally on your device inside the App. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes them. Please export the photos you want to keep before uninstalling.

How do I restore my Tenra Pro purchase? Open the Tenra Pro page in the App and tap Restore Purchases, using the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not inside the App:

Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

如何使用 Ektachrome E100 正片負沖？

裝入 E100，拍完後在送洗確認時選擇「正片負沖」，不必在裝片時決定。E100 的標準沖洗與負沖都需要 Tenra Pro。選擇套用整捲，開始沖洗後不能變更，失敗重試也沿用原選擇。樣片與匯入預覽顯示標準發色，負沖成品會在沖洗完成後揭曉。

可以用音量鍵拍照嗎？

音量鍵快門將於 Tenra 1.6.1 推出，支援 Android 與 iOS 17.2 以上的 iPhone。使用該版本時，音量加、減放開各拍一張，長按不連拍；撥起不過片撥桿也能用來重曝。離開相機、說明視窗遮蓋或相機暫時無法拍攝時，按鍵會恢復原本功能。較舊 iOS 仍可使用畫面快門。

比較舊的底片捲顯示「已典藏」——是被刪除了嗎？ 沒有。你的照片安全保存、絕不會被刪除。免費版底片庫顯示最近 6 捲，更早的捲會典藏保留。升級 Tenra Pro 即可隨時回顧完整底片庫。

解除安裝後照片不見了。 照片儲存於裝置本機的 App 內。解除安裝 App 會永久刪除照片，請在解除安裝前先匯出想保留的照片。

如何恢復 Tenra Pro 購買？ 在 App 內開啟 Tenra Pro 頁面，點選「恢復購買」，並使用當初購買時的同一個 App Store / Google Play 帳戶。

如何取消訂閱？ 訂閱由商店管理，不在 App 內操作：

Ektachrome E100 をクロスプロセスで現像するには？

E100 を装填し、撮影後に現像の確認画面で「クロスプロセス」を選びます。装填時に決める必要はありません。標準現像もクロスプロセスも Tenra Pro が必要です。選択は一本全体に適用され、現像開始後は変更できません。失敗後の再試行も同じ方法です。サンプルと読み込み時のプレビューは標準の色で、クロスプロセスの仕上がりは現像後に表示されます。

音量ボタンで撮影できますか？

Tenra 1.6.1 で近日対応予定です。Android と iOS 17.2 以降の iPhone で、音量ボタンを離すと一枚撮影します。長押しで連写はしません。MX レバーを入れれば多重露光にも使えます。カメラを離れたとき、ガイドが開いているとき、カメラが撮影できないときは通常のボタン操作に戻ります。それ以前の iOS では画面のシャッターをご利用ください。
